The following ButterFat Writing case studies provide an excellent idea of just how committed we are to our clients’ satisfaction and success.

Our client required a complete re-work of existing brochure copy, layout, and graphics to achieve three distinct but important goals: Educate people about the organization, ask for sponsorship from local businesses, and encourage show attendance for the 2007 season.

We prepared a warm, elegant, and exciting brochure that appeals to people’s emotions by highlighting the importance of dance to children. Apart from a tiny amount of existing copy about the show dates, we generated all of the copy and layout.

Plus, we pitched the idea to hold a sponsorship contest where this season’s sponsors sign up early and are automatically entered to win a free sponsorship for the 2008 season. The client reported that the brochure generated great excitement, interest, and attendance and the contest increased early and overall sponsorship.

- Ferndale Dance Academy

Our client required a complete collateral package for his new firm in the High Tech. sector. In the first phase of the project, we’ve generated a dynamic, engaging, and informative brochure, direct-mail post card, and flier to bring him exposure, generate sales, and further test his market assumptions. The second phase of the project includes press releases, articles in pertinent magazines, and a complete Web site copy package.
- Central Valley IT Services

Our client wanted persuasive, demographic-capturing Web site copy for a newly designed, full-service Web site to match their shift in focus. We wrote ten pages of Web copy that addresses the concerns of his demographic and appeals to their emotions in fresh and exciting ways.
